Product Warranty
- All materials are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery.
- Defects include delamination, inconsistent density, or faulty edging (normal wear excluded).
Delivery
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days via UPS Ground (U.S. only).
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 days via FedEx 2Day ($25 additional fee).
- Tracking info sent via email upon shipment.
Limitation of Liability
NOISESPACE LLC is not liable for delays from carriers or damages from improper use. Maximum liability per claim equals the purchase price.
Governing Law
Governing law: New York State. Disputes resolved in Suffolk County courts.
