Overview

NOISESPACE LLC offers a 21-day refund window for unused, unopened soundproofing materials purchased from noisespace.shop. Returns submitted more than 21 days after delivery are ineligible for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must:
  • Remain uncut, undamaged, and in original packaging (seals intact).
  • Be accompanied by a valid order receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Cut or modified materials (e.g., trimmed acoustic panels, opened felt rolls).
  • Custom-cut or personalized products.
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (up to 50% of the purchase price) may be granted for:
  • Items with minor defects not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns received 22–30 days after delivery, at our discretion.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email solis@noisespace.shop within 21 days, including your order number and reason for return.

  3. Inspection & Approval: We will inspect returns within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If an item arrives damaged (e.g., torn packaging, crushed panels), contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund (we cover shipping).

Lost Returns

For orders over $100, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance. NOISESPACE LLC is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Exchanges

Exchanges for unopened, standard-size products are available (subject to stock availability). Email solis@noisespace.shop to initiate an exchange, including your order details and desired replacement.

Sale Items

Discounted items (marked “Sale”) are final sale and ineligible for return.
